Kenneth W. Howard II
On December 4, 2014 at approximately 3:45 p.m., Victim Kenneth W. Howard II was standing outside his grandmother’s apartment, located at 1626 Boismenue, East St. Louis, when he was approached by an unknown black male, who engaged him in a brief conversation.
CARA DAVENPORT
At 7:34 PM on Sunday, March 26, 2000, Victim Cara Davenport, 18 yrs old, was shot and killed while sitting in a vehicle parked in the parking lot at 6156 Greer in Hillsdale, Mo. The victim was sitting in the back seat of a brown 1983 Pontiac. Two other male passengers were also shot.
JACQUESS D. SCOTT
On July 3rd, 2014 at approximately 11:50 PM police responded for a shooting in the area of King and Monarch. Upon arrival police found Jacquess Scott, shot multiple times. A white SUV was seen in the area.
HARROL BERRY
On November 25,2014 at 11:18 PM hours, police responded to a shooting at 4716 Vernon. Police found the victim Harrol Berry, lying lifeless in the front yard of the above address. The victim suffered multiple gunshots wounds.
Courtney l. Williams
On 12/24/14, at 7:26 PM, victim Williams was reportedly driving in the 5000 block of Kensington when he and his passenger were fired upon by 3 black males armed with handguns. The passenger was not struck however victim Williams died of gunshot wounds.
Ronald L. Smith
At 8:13 A.M., Police responded to a call for a “Shooting”, with the victim in the rear of 3010 Thomas. Police found victim Ronald L. Smith lying face down in the rear yard at 3010 Thomas.
