On November 06,2009 witnesses reported that victim Ingram was struck by a 4 door passenger vehicle believed to be a 1992 Cadillac Fleetwood or Coupe DeVille, that was traveling west on Chambers Rd. The victim was struck while trying to retrieve her purse and other items that had fallen into the street. Victim Ingram died of her injuries caused by the impact of the above described.
