On November 7, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the rear of the 1400 block of E. Adelaide victim Barrett had exited his
vehicle, which was later located running and in gear in the rear of his residence. Person(s) unknown who were east of the victim’s location fired several shots at the victim striking him numerous times.
