On April 17, 2022 at 2:00am, Cahokia Heights officers responded to a call for a Shooting on Westwood Dr. Victim Louis Holloman was in bed sleeping when unknown subject entered the house and then bedroom demanding money.
Mahlike McAlpine
On Wednesday 07/27/2022 at 6:20 pm officers were called to the Madison Apart., 6000 block of Madison Berkeley, MO for a shooting. Police found the victim, Mahlike McAlpine, 18 years old, who was shot several times and died at the scene.
Damion Baker
On July 3, 2022, at approximately 3:00 a.m., victim Damion C. Baker and an acquaintance were fired upon while standing near their vehicles talking on the public parking lot located on the southwest corner of 7th and Cerre. Victim Baker was mortally wounded and succumbed to his injuries.

Illinois State Police (ISP) is investigating a homicide in Washington Park, IL. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim was shot while attending a family gathering in the 1500 block of 49th Street, Washington Park, IL.

On Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:23 p.m., Willie C. Clanton (64 yrs old) was shot and killed in the 1500 block of Lynch Avenue in East St. Louis. He was shot by suspects in a passing vehicle.

On June 21, 2022 at approximately 7:17 p.m policed responded to the 1500 block of Baker to investigate a homicide. The victim, Deangelo T. Johnson, a 27-year-old male of East St. Louis was fatally injured when he was struck by gunfire
