Location: Missouri

On 11-19-19, officers were notified of a “Shooting” at 10:43 AM at Ridge Ave. and Arlington Ave. Responding
officers arrived and discovered the victim, Demetrius Whitt, lifeless on the sidewalk adjacent to a vacant lot at 5368 Ridge suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

 The Berkeley Police Department is investigating the homicide of Harold Johnson. Preliminary investigation revealed the victim was shot while on the porch of his residence in the 8500 block Jacklin Ct. on the night of June 9th 2018 at approximately 10:40 pm.

The Berkeley Police Department is investigating a Homicide in which the victim was found shot in the doorway of his residence of 8300 Wabash. Berkeley, MO 63134. The shooting occurred on June 24 at approximately 11:42 PM.

Lee Cookwood

Date: 07/02/2019
Location: Illinois

On July 2nd, 2019, Mr. Lee Cookwood was inside his apartment in the 3100 block of Jefferson St. in East St. Louis when one or more unknown persons(s) entered the apartment and shot the victim in the stomach. Victim Cookwood died of his gunshot wounds after a month in an area hospital.
