Car thieves in the Central West End neighborhood
These individuals are responsible for several car thefts in the Central West End neighborhood. One incident happened on 06/03/2024 per SLMPD report 24-022928. The second incident happened on 08/27/24.
Subject's sought for August 25th Forest Park Robbery Incident
Recognize these three? They’re wanted for robbing a man at gunpoint on 8.25.24 in Forest Park & attempting to steal the man’s car. One of the suspects fired gunshots during the incident.

Police need the public's assistance to help identify the person(s) responsible for area vandalism of fiberoptic lines.
An area telecommunications provider has experienced vandalism to their fiber optic network in recent months, resulting in the loss of communications services to area residents and businesses, as well as disruptions to critical communications services, affecting emergency services and first responders. During this time vandals have cut through fiber optic cables causing service disruptions in St. Louis, MO; Cahokia, IL; Roxanna, IL; Caseyville, IL and Madison, IL. These acts of vandalism often occur in the later evening hours, however a recent cut occurred during the early afternoon, along a bike path where utility poles are accessible.
Major Case Activation in Berkeley
At approximately 11:00 pm last night, July 7, 2024, the Berkeley Police Department responded to the 6100 block of Jefferson Avenue for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers found a male victim inside a vehicle who had suffered one gunshot wound. The victim is a 45-year-old male.
The victim was transported to a local hospital. Despite life-saving efforts, the victim has died.
