On April 8th at 6:30 PM Victim Travon Richie was gunned down in the middle of the day (6:30 p.m.) while socializing with friends and family members at Amberg Park. There were between 30 and 50 people (including very small children) in the park, on the street and patronizing the corner store that is adjacent to where he was shot.
