On October 3, 2009 outside the Night Club 2151, located at 2151 St. Louis Ave. East St. Louis Illinois, The victim Terrell Seay was found dead in the alley of an apparent gunshot wound. Witnesses reported hearing many gunshots in the area of the night club’s east parking lot located at St. Louis Ave and Cleveland Ave.
