On September 16, 2015 about 6:45 PM Berkeley Police responded to a call for a shooting in the 8600 block of Frost, The Frost Apartments.
The investigation revealed that Victim Jason Moody II, 18 yrs of age, was engaged in an ongoing dispute with an unknown Black, Male when the argument escalated into gunfire. Victim Moody died of apparent gunshot wounds. The unknown suspect fled the scene.
