Vehicular Homicide Hit and Run. April 27th 8:00 PM
Victim: Janell “Nelly” Rice 6 yrs old.
CrimeStoppers is offering UP TO $5000.00 for information that leads the police to make a felony arrest of the subject (s) / driver responsible for Janell’s death.
The hit-and-run driver was speeding east on Labadie from East Norwood. Police say the driver was racing another vehicle.
After the vehicle struck Janell, if sped off east on Labadie, then south on Norwood.
Janell died at an area hospital.
