On June 04, 2015 at about 3:00 PM police responded to a "Shooting" at Greer and Prairie. Upon their arrival, they located the victim he had been shot multiple times. Taylor was conveyed to an area hospital where he died of injuries. Prior to the shooting Jacobi and three Black male subjects were in a vehicle that was associated with the victim. The three black, male subjects were described as all wearing, White t-shirts, boxer underwear, blue jeans. One of the three subjects was armed with a firearm. After the shooting, one suspect fled north on foot, while the other two suspects fled in the vehicle, west on Greer, then north on Prairie out of sight.
