On April 1 2013, at approximately 11:00 PM, Homicide Detectives were requested to 4339 Warne relative to a victim of a shooting.The victim was later identified as Glenda Jackson, who had a single gunshot wound to the left side of her chest.
A canvas located a scene at 4339 Warne and a victim of a robbery. The victim of the robbery advised she and an unknown black male were robbed at gunpoint by five black males. Jackson attempted to retrieve the robbery victim’s property when she was shot and killed.
The Robbery victim described two of the suspects: Suspect # 1: black male, 18- 22, 5’7-5’9, med complexion, med build, low haircut, wearing a black “Polo Association” jacket with red lettering, and a baseball hat. He was armed with a chrome handgun. Suspect # 2: black male, 18-22, med build, medium complexion, wearing a black and yellow jersey style jacket.
