On October 21, 2017, at around midnight, Domonique Blacknoll had gotten off the Olive Metro Bus from work and was walking home through Gwen Giles Park. At some point in the park, Domonique was shot by an unknown gunman that got off at the same stop as Domonique. Domonique wasn’t discovered until the morning by family members. Domonique was pronounced deceased on the scene.
