On September 24, 2011 at approximately 9:00 pm, Centreville Police responded to a call of a man down in the 6000 block of Bond Ave, Centreville, IL. Officers found Curtis L. Davis of East St. Louis, IL. a few feet off the road lying in the grass. Curtis was later pronounced dead at an area hospital. Victim’s death was listed as a vehicle hit and run. Centreville Police have followed all leads to no avail.
