On Sunday, September 5, 2021, at approximately 9:28 P.M., the East St. Louis Police Department responded to the Roosevelt Homes located at 1328 N. 44th Street, East St. Louis, IL for a gunshot victim.  Upon arrival, officers located the gunshot victim who was identified as 3 year-old  Calyia E.

On June 27, 2020 at approximately 2:20 AM, East St. Louis Police was dispatched to the area of 17th at Tudor Avenue regarding the lifeless body of VERNARD HARRIS being located.  It appeared HARRIS had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.  The investigation is ongoing. 

On July, 27, 2021 at 7:32 pm, Officers responded to the  1500 block of Switzer  for a “Shooting” and located three victims inside a vehicle, all suffering from puncture wounds.   
One of the victims was Marcus Moore (Pictured Here).

On Saturday January 15, 2021 a approximately 11:45pm the Hazelwood Police Department received a call for a "shooting" in the 5300 block of Ville Anita. Officers identified the victim Marcus Brothers, who had suffered an apparent gunshot wound.

On July 30, 2019, just after midnight the victim, Deonna Jackson Bowen was found fatally shot in the 1400 block of Rutger Ln., within the Peabody Housing complex.
