On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at approximately 2153 hours, officers responded to 6472 Evergreen Blvd., Berkeley, MO 63134, in reference to “Pedestrians Struck”. Upon arrival the victim was laying on the roadway, unconscious. The victim was transported to the hospital from the scene, where he was pronounced deceased. The suspect fled the scene. Witnesses described the suspect as a female driver, operating a light color sedan, possibly white, silver or blue. The suspect was also described as having black hair with gold tips.
