On October 1, 2017 at approximately 9:41 pm, East St. Louis Police Department was called to the 1900 block of Baker Avenue, East St. Louis, IL in reference to a Man Down / Shots Fired call. East St. Louis Police Department arrived on scene and discovered a passenger vehicle with three subjects shot, one subject, Sean Stewart, later died from his wounds. The only information known at this time is that the suspects were driving a white passenger car.
