Matthew Walsh was returning home from work on August 31, 2008, 12:40 am. He parked his car in the 3700 block of French Ave, St. Louis Mo. At that time, sounds of a brief argument on the street followed by 3 or 4 gunshots were reported to police. After the shooting stopped a vehicle was heard speeding from the scene. The victim was found in his parked vehicle with the engine still running.
