On October 21, 2014 at 2:50 P.M. officers responded to 2933 Hebert for a shooting. The victim, Lorenzo Stafford was found lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at an area hospital. Witnesses saw a black Chrysler 300, with heavily tinted windows. This vehicle was being operated by the suspect(s) in this incident.
