Lance C. Branscomb and a friend were the victims of a Robbery on June 28, 2011 while they standing in the 1300 block of Semple Ave. Victim Branscomb was shot numerous times in the chest. Police found him lying next to a black 2000 Chevrolet Silverado Pick-up truck. He later died of his injuries. The second victim ran from the scene and survived his injuries.
