At approximately 3:15 am, on July 29th, 2020 the Florissant Police Department received a call for shots fired on Bayberry Lane.

When officers arrived on Bayberry Lane they observed a vehicle that was occupied and still running in an open garage.

The occupant of that vehicle was 28 year old Evann Williams; he had been shot multiple times.

Officers attempted lifesaving efforts until Florissant Valley Fire Protection District arrived on scene, but were unsuccessful.
