Elijah Taylor was struck and killed, by what witnesses describe as a Ford F-150 pickup truck. The truck was being driven by a Black Male approximately 40 years old, in the 3100 block of New Ashland Ct. the driver was wearing a black skull cap. The vehicle was seen driving up and down the street several times before it struck the victim.
