On August 27 2011, at 11:00 PM police responded to a shooting at W. Florissant and N. Kingshighway. The victim, DonVeion Williams was shot while driving in his 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo westbound on W. Florissant. Apparently person(s) unknown shot at him from outside of his vehicle. The victim’s vehicle impacted with two autos that were stopped at a red electric signal for westbound W. Florissant at N. Kingshighway. The victim died of his wounds at an area hospital.
