On 11-19-19, officers were notified of a “Shooting” at 10:43 AM at Ridge Ave. and Arlington Ave. Responding officers arrived and discovered the victim, Demetrius Whitt, lifeless on the sidewalk adjacent to a vacant lot at 5368 Ridge suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
