At approximately 9:30 p.m., on Monday, February 11, 2019, police found victim’s Anthony Ingram and Deja Anderson fatally shot inside of a vehicle that was parked in the 4600 block of N. Market.

Heavy foot traffic in the area suggests that there may be several witnesses who could provide information relative to the incident.
