CrimeStoppers Assisting Clayton PD w/ Hate Crime Case Aug.5th

CLAYTON, MO – August 5, 2025
The Clayton Police Department
is actively investigating a suspicious fire that damaged multiple vehicles. Just after 3 a.m., officers responded to a report of a vehicle fire in the 7500 block of Westmoreland Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found that three vehicles had sustained damage from a fire believed to have been intentionally set. Graffiti shown in the photo below was also discovered at the scene. Clayton Police have classified this as a HATE CRIME.
No injuries reported. Due to the nature of the incident, the St. Louis Regional Bomb and Arson Unit has been requested to assist with the investigation.

The Jewish National Defense Network is offering an additional $10,000.00 Cash Reward to help find the Subject(s) responsible for this Hate Crime.

The Jewish Federation of St. louis & The Anti-Defamation League are each offering an additional $15,000.00 Reward for the arrest and conviction of the Subjects(s) responsible for this HATE crime. This reward totals $30,000.00.

NOTE***This additional $30,000.00 reward is not in conjunction with the CrimeStoppers reward. This Portion of the reward will be paid out after Conviction.
